Throughout my clinical journey as a trained nurse, I have seen first-hand the profound impact timely and confident first aid can have when accidents or illnesses strike. I aim to empower others with the confidence and skills to respond effectively amid stressful situations with a calm and focused approach.

As a registered nurse in the UK, I honed my skills in acute medical units, where the ability to assess situations and prioritise tasks swiftly became second nature. Before relocating to Singapore, I thrived in a professional development role dedicated to ensuring that nurses were fully equipped to navigate the busy clinical environment, through formal and informal teaching sessions.

More recently, my journey has taken me to the realm of parenthood, raising two wonderful children as a stay-at-home mum. With its own challenges and joys, this role has reinforced the necessity of proficient assessment and prioritisation skills!
